Question about Numatic Henry Bagged Canister Vacuum
Hi! Sorry you've had to wait so long for a reply, but I've only just stumbled upon your problem. You probably don't need help any longer, but here goes anyway! You will not find a fuse, because there isn't one. If your Henry just stopped, without making any strange noises or smells, it's very unlikely that you have a motor problem. Quite often the wires can become broken inside the electric cable - with no visible external damage - especially where it enters the plug and can be subject to both bending and pulling stresses. If the machine came to me for attention, that's where I'd look first. Check the wires for electrical continuity. If you still need help, and this solution doesn't work, please write again and I'll suggest some less likely things to look for. Good luck!
