Question about Garmin Forerunner 50
Not being an avid runner but got a place in the London Marathon, I thought that maybe I ought to get a better idea of distance and speed, so I've just got myself a Garmin Forerunner 50 with Foot Pod and have gone through the setup, but not sure how to actually use it. Is there an idiots guide out there somewhere that gives clear explanation of how to use a sports watch when in training, including terminology explanations - anyone please :-)
