Need to change login and pass word for my net gear royuer wndr3700

If it is set to the default the username should be "admin" and the password should be either "admin" or "password". If they have been changed and you cannot access it, you will have to factory reset it by holding the reset button down for 10-15 seconds then access it using the credentils above.

Wharfedale tv settings

By default, the TV stores memory of last settings in its memory ic, when you switch off. By modifying the input devices, you have increased the number of settings to be stored, which might be beyond its capacity to store and it switches to default settings. Try resetting to the desired input and locking the settings.

What type of wire to use bet. ext. antenna and wireless pci card?

20 meters is a LONG way to go with an antenna wire for this application. Generally it is not recommended to extend the wire between the card and the antebba more than 3 meters. You would need to use thick, low-loss, cable that is very expensive. But if you must, computer stores sell extension cables.
