Question about Yamaha RX-V1800

Ipod connection to a Yamaha RX v363 receiver

I have a A yamaha receiver model rx v363 and I know there is a special conector to some yamaha equipments that allow you control the Ipod with the equipment control. This connector is not compatible with the RX v363, so do you know if there is other alternative?

On yamaha site you can see that RX-V363 has a DOCK connector, which supports both iPod docking station YDS-11 and Bluetooth Wireless Audio Receiver YBA-10.

It is one ot two things, the audio output transistors or ic,s are shorted, or the speaker wires in the back of the surround sound are shorting.

chances are that the yamaha rxv363 will not control the bluray since it was produced before the bluray. as far as the LG codes, you may want to try a Zenith codeset. they are similar.

Hi..
If youre talking about the set of 3 A/V plugs in the front then you need to connect to the Video Out (yellow) plug in the back that says something like "Front Video" or "video 3" out. Connect that to the display.
