Hi, There are shorted parts inside your TV. If you able to check the TV, please check all power line with OHMMETER. Investigate the capacitor and others from deformed and damaged. Replace the broken parts with existing type. If you are not know how to repair, a local TV repair shop is an option.

The TV doesn't start, the RED led flashes a click sound is heard and then LED switches off. This goes on and on and on

The problems starts from the power unit, on this board, the voltages needed to operated TV normally dropped down very low.And one of the power resistor/ Integrated Circuit burned.
To fix this,you need to find someone who capable to repair this board or took it to service center.

Sounded like fuse blown up, replaced fuse in power plug, power on but no service?

i think it might have damaged the internal parts. but sometimes, certain devices drop down as a safe measure when fuse gos out. reseting it might help. good luck!

Have you looked in the menu settings? There are adjustments you can make there a lot of times. Call whoever repaired your tv and let them know what happened, they may be able to help.
