You will have to connect a 12v dc power supply to the flame motor. The controller on the board has fried. I built a regulated 12 v dc power supply and tapped it into the bulb circuit so it will power the motor when the bulbs come on. You may have to find an electrician or techie to rig this up safely.Good luck!

Take the fan power switch apart and clean the 2 point contacts. Also clean the 4 male studs that the wires plug into. That should solve the problem.

hold the knob down for at least 10 seconds when lighting the piolet, then let go and turn the know to 1 it should come on there is a thermostat that shuts off the gas when it reaches temp, just turn up the dial and you shoud get heat.
I have this model and if you set it on 1 or 2 it while cycle on and off as needed.'
Hope this was helpful

If you are not getting any flame effects or the glowing ember bed, the bulbs (60 watt, small base chandelier) may be burner out.
To replace them, remove the plexiglass front and then the logs. The plastic glowing ember bed just lifts out, exposing the bulbs. Before replacing them, check to make sure they are not just loose in the holders.
Hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
