I am having an interesting problem with Skype. I have had a number of successful webcam conferences in the past, but with one person (the one we need to contact most often!) we can talk fine, the moment video starts they are able to see and hear us, but we are not able to hear them (the sound is all choppy) but we can see them.
I even know other people I have successfully conferenced with who have the same webcam.
How would I go about trying to resolve this problem?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. goodluck!

Use the conference feature present in yahoo messenger and in msn ...for voice call and all of you will participate on the voice call ..and for video ..use the invite to see your webcam feature ..and each of you invite the others.. I'm not sure if Skype has conference mode..but usually all instant messaging programs have ..The procedure is one of you invite to conference the others..for audio ..and for video each one invite teh other s This way all will see and hear the talking ..
you can do it from the link above, or when you install skype and run it for the first time it offers you to register an account. If you closed the windows by accident you can press 'Don't have a sykpe name' on the welcome to skype windows to register
Before you can use your webcam in any chat program you have to configure it to that program
Test your webcam here to make sure it broadcasts ok - Hit 'Allow' in the top window and check your cam in the left hand panel.
working OK ?
CONFIGURE TO SKYPE Connect webcam Its good practice to disconnect and re-connect your webcam before you start (To reboot the webcam software) - if you have been using it elsewhere the SKYPE software may have difficulty in locating it, even if you exited the previous program correctly. The reason being, the webcam software can remain hooked-up to a program and needs to be rebooted. Mine, I just unplug it from the USB and plug it back in to reboot the software. If yours is integral with the computer you will have to re-start the computer, use a keyboard shortcut or disable / enable the webcam from the Device Manager.

Go to www.Skype.com. It's a free service which gives you both video conference and IM chat capability. It's easy to setup. Both of you will have to downlaod and install it. Skype is owned by Ebay, so it's pretty reliable.
