The LED pins should be on the front panel header.  See page 12 of the manual which can be downloaded from http://download.ecsusa.com/dlfileecs/manual/mb/eng/p4/945G-M3.zip.

I have Elite group 945g-m3 motherboard and DELUX DLC-MD302 Midi Tower case and just can`t connect the front audio pannel because the connectors on the case are different from what the diagram in the manual...

If it is different then probably it cannot be connected to your motherboard but if it have the same count of pins then it will be ok to put it on. Don't worry if you improperly connect it, it will not burn out, its just won't work.

Where are the EliteGroup nForce3-A power & reset plug-ins located at?

Goto page 10 in your user manual. There look for. Connect the case switches and indicator LEDs to the SW1. (Location).
There is mother board layout decription for how to connect the case, 2-pin wires case connectors ( Page 12 shows pin numbers & which is plus + & negative - pins.). You'll nee the manual to help you. Download it from ECS at: http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Products/ProductsDetail.aspx?detailid=579&DetailName=Manual&MenuID=48&LanID=0

Good luck!

Motherboard not working correctly.

The way that I solved the problem was to unhook each and every connection to the motherboard except for the 4-pin and 24-pin power supply connections, the processor, the cpu fan and the power on switch connectors, once I have done that, then I plugged in the power supply and turned it on, in which that worked! After that, I would hook everything up to the motherboard one piece at a time, in which after each piece I would turn the power supply on again to see if that was the problem. Starting with the hard drive, the memory sticks and then the DVD drive, and found out that was the problem. The cable between the DVD drive and motherboard was the wrong cable for that motherboard. I will purchase a new cable and see if that works!
