Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My sony xperia xa ultra will not make phone calls when im at home or while driving around, but i do get the voicmails and i can text. sim was replaced, but still..nothing, help me figure this out!

Try checking your settings for the driving mode being on, and check to see if the quiet time is on. Some phones now have a setting that while you're at a certain location your phone won't make or receive calls nor texts. Just go through your settings and check everything.
If all else fails a factory reset should take care of the problem if it's a setting that accidentally got turned on.
I hope this is helpful.

Try putting it on safe mode first by pressing the left and right button keys together under the lcd screen and you can either uninstall the last application that you've installed or just simply reset it if the first option won't work.... I just uninstalled the last application that I had installed and rebooted it and it worked! SE Xperia X8 :))

How to hard reset the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8First, try this:
  1. From the main home screen, tap menu
  2. Tap Settings, then Privacy
  3. Tap Factory data reset
  4. Tap Reset phone
  5. Enter your password if required, then tap Erase everything to confirm
If that doesn't work, or if your phone is frozen:
