The lock is a feature mandated by law it's activated automatically when you put the transmission in Drive and cannot be disabled with remote commands.
To disable it the wiring to the transmission or speed sensor will have to be modified - for that the radio must be taken out of the dash, the wire identified (it should be clearly labeled in the schematic printed in the manual and on the radio itself) and (depending on how it was connected by the installers) it will have to be cut and connected to either the power line or (more likely) to the ground wire.
This is something that isn't very complicated but it requires at least a basic experience in car electrics. If you have never done this before then take it to a repair shop.
