Question about LG CHOCOLATE VX8500 Cellular Phone
Hi - I have a subscription to Rhapsody TO GO. I just purchased an LG Chocolate VX8550 through Verizon today. I am trying to download songs to the phone/player, but on my library screen on Rhapsody it does not show my phone as an icon - does not recognize the device. I also do not get the icon in "my computer". Help!
I can help you with the computer problem. I assume that you're using USB cable to connect your phone to your computer, so you need a driver. Download it here: http://content2.ztango.com.edgesuite.net/VZW/MEM/VZMM2-DL-LG-Bld39-81k-83k-85k-8550-86k-87k-94k-98k-99k-002.exe After you download it, install it, and then try to plug in the phone to the computer by the USB cable.
