When the phone is switched on, the main screen comes up ok, but when a key is pressed it automatically goes to the web browser. The only key that works then is the red on/off key, which will switch off the web browser and takes you back to the main screen. So the mobile is useless. Any answers !!

ok on cingular/at&t its not possible but there is a ghetto way of doing it go to ur quick notes and go down 4 lines then type what u would want as your autosignature then when u get done typing ur message press insert>then go to quicknotes then choose what u wanted as ur autosignature then send.
my phone did exactly the same,, what i did was when you see the boot loader press the red off button,hold it down then let go the key pad lights up,then the screen lights up white then all goes off and what i did was press the off button ounce quick and everthing came back on ok not sure if it was a fluke but might work phil
