Go into Bios, Press Ctrl & A, nothing will happen, goto security menu, and one of the sub menus in there which holds the Asset Tags, now you can edit them

You can change both of those in the bios which you get to by tapping either del key or f1 or f2 key one not all it will have them just edit hit f10 to save
