Question about Philips GoGear SA178 MP3 Player
I bought a new philips 2gb music player SA28XX..it was working well for a month.after that my harddisk was attacked by virus and so i changed it.now if i connect the player after installing the software my pc says ' device is not working'..the device manager shows 'no device connected'..when i connect the player and try to download or view my files..the device says 'do not unplug' and gets stuck there..never shuts down for about a day..after a day it shuts down automatically..but will not get switched on..only when i connect it again to the comp it switches on and gets charged..but if i remove it and try to charge it again it gets stuck up and prob continues and i've to wait for another day...! PLS PLS HELP ME :( ................................
Try doing a repair in the Philips Device Manager, but it may not be enough to rid the player of a virus. Definitely worth a shot, though.
