Question about D-Link AirPlus DI-524 Wireless Router
Asked your friend for the network key that he/she setup for the wireless network work. If he/she dont remember it. Try to access the configuration page of your router (192.168.0.1) and reconfigure your wireless setting in the router. By default the Username is admin and leave the Password blank.
If inside the the configuration page of the router Click Home > click on WIRELESS located on the left side and you will have the wireless setting of your network
> Change the wireless network name
> Under security choose either WEP or WPA -PSK for this type of router.
> Type in your new network key (also know as Passphrase of Key1).
For WEP use 0 to 9 Number or A to F character and it should be exactly 10 characters.
For WPA-PSK you can use alpha numeric from 0 to 9 and from A to Z. The minimun character would be 8.
