defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

try 1111 or 0000.. first try putting in the code you want when it asks for a current password then it should ask you to confirm it, put in your password again. if that dont work try 1111 or 0000. and if none of this works call customer service they can walk you through it

depends on the phone but you will probably have to call customer service and have them remotely unlock it but if you open the battery comp. on some phones either under the battery or very close to the battery is a reset button you might have to look close it might be just a little pin hole.
