Question about Acer Aspire Computers & Internet
If you're in Windows the setting is in your start menu under Acer. Click on Acer and the menu tree will open up and somewhere in there will be the option to do a recovery to factory settings. I'm having to go by memory because I'm not using windows now but this should get you on the right path. Once you find the link and click on it just follow the prompts from there to reset your unit.
