I cant enter new play list and anything
If it's locked, you probably have the hold button on. It's on the top there, little sliding button. If you see red, it's locked. Just slide it so it's not red, it'll be unlocked. :)
If it's locked by way of pin/password, you'll have to jailbreak it. I have someone do that for me. I can't tell you how to do that.

You can unlock iPod in one of two ways:
If you can't unlock iPod using either of these methods, you can restore your iPod to factory settings. Please note that this will erase all data on your iPod. Afterwards, you can add your music and data back to iPod.
