Question about Nintendo Wii Console
The sreen froz on big brain academy and all I could do was unplug the wii. when I plugged it back in I just get a blank screen.
I've just set it up on a different tv with Carnival. It worked for a minute, then the screen froze again. I've unplugged it and it although the power light is on the tv screen is blank
The Wii has an internal battery keeping its settings. do this:
1) Unplug it from the wall
2) look underneath it (if it were in the vertical position), you will see a small screw near a front foot.
3) unscrew this, there should be a battery in there, remove
4) Leave 5 mins
5) put in battery, plug in console, start up
*please note i have no idea i this will mess with anything saved onto the internal memory (wii channels, mii's or saved games)
** I hold no responsibility if this voids your warranty

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
