I now have 3 Powershot TX1's that have developed the same problem which is, the Digital zoom not working.
Everything thing else works fine.
None of the cameras have been dropped or misused.
I know it might seem a little sad that I wont change cameras but i love this machine and have got some wonderful shots with it..
incidentally the Canon support site doesn't even show it has the machine which seems a bit ominous.
If anybody can help Id be really grateful.
Thanks
Phil

On my Canon Powershot TX1 the screen displays everything upside down. It just flipped one day and I can't get it back - I assume this isn't a 'settings' problem? Any ideas would be appreciated!

My Canon TX1 was working great and all of a sudden when I tried to turn it on it displayed a message "Lens Error - Restart Camera". After this is displayed the camera powers down and each time you try to repower it, it repeats this message and the lens never opens. This camera is not very old nor has it been used much so this has me a bit frustrated. Please help...
