WhenI try to copy nothing happens. The light bar goes to the top of the page and then just sits there.

This could be a driver issue. Please update your printer driver. Visit the Lexmark website to download and install the
Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system
> click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended
Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on
your computer screen to complete the installation.
If the problem happens when the printer goes on sleep mode, make sure that your printer firmware is updated. Visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark Pro900 Series Firmware Update.
