My Hi Super air conditioner is leaking into the house. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

It is just the condensation generated by the cooling which has to be drained from the unit via a drain tube. When the drain tube is blocked by debris (often by dust build up) the water cannot drain out and will overflow from the unit. Often these blockages will occur where there is a bend in the drain tube and sometimes these drains are not installed very well.

Open the front of the unit and locate the drain tube. You will need a long piece of strong wire or cable to run down the tube to try and free the debris and get the water flowing again. You can do the same at the other end of the tube also if need be. You may need to tip some water down the tube to help clear it also.

I think you will find it is fairly easy to resolve yourself.

Does air suppose to come from unloader vavle when air compressor shut off

If the check valve leaks, the compressor motor may not be able to overcome the back pressure within the compressor and just hum or use very high amps at start. Easy to replace with generic, usually less than twenty dollars (look on ebay or grainger.com, as factory replacement part will be much more expensive). Check fitting sizes carefully. Try cleaning the valve first. Usually debris will be trapped between the seat and valve. Debris comes from carbon deposits built up over time within the compressor or discharge tube. Be sure to clean the tube so that carbon will not enter the new valve. Good luck with your repair project.

Hello
Replace the pressure shut off switch.First drain the tank and shut off all power.Remove switch and inspect for any debri or water in the tube to the switch.
Also check the settings.max i think is 150psi.So it should fill to say 145 and shut off.

Rinsed my humidifier with water and wiped the base down, refilled it and now it seems to be making the mist in the base butbisnt making it's way out of the mouth of the dolphin

The tubing to the mouth of the dolphin or the misting nozzle is clogged with mineral buildup and scale.
To clean this, do the following.

Empty the water in the tank and replace it with a 50/50 solution of White Vinegar and Bottled Distilled Water. Allow the unit to sit for 30 minutes, then turn it ON. If mist does not appear within 10 minutes from the mouth of the dolphin. Turn the unit OFF and allow it to soak over night. In the morning, turn the unit ON and allow it to run. Once the mist appears where it should, run the unit until the tank is half empty. Then empty the tank of the remaining solution and refill with Bottled Distilled Water and run the unit until it is empty. This will flush all the remaining solution from the tank, tubing & nozzle.

In the future I would recommend using Bottled Distilled Water on a regular basis, rather than tap water. Doing so, will eliminate the problem of scaling.

Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

Transmission oil leak, clear fluid on passenger side , when ever car stops

Probably Air conditioning condensation (normal) or rain water build up in wiper motor area due to leaves or other debris clogging the drain tubes. If its leaking in car the drain tube into the engine compartment is plugged up. Just needs unplugged with compressed air or a piece of wire.

Water in ac box

Take a stiff piece of wire, something like a coat hanger. Bend the end over so it will not catch on the drain tube. Push it up into the drain line as far as it will go. If this does not clear it then you will need a flexible wire of some sort. You can try an air compressor and blow into the drain line but do not use much air or you will do damage to the line. A slight amount of air pressure may remove the obstruction. If that does not clear the drain then you will have to get to the drain from inside the vehicle. First try getting to the drain line and squeezing it together. That may just be enough to dislodge the obstruction. If not you will have to completely remove it and clean it out. Good luck.

Washing Cycle won't start

Check the fill control switch. It has a small tube going to it.Clear the tube, and use a piece of tube to blow into the switch, it should click at about one to 2 psi, no harder than you can develop with your mouth. Make sure debris is not getting into the tube from the drum.

My solution in the nebulizer is not foaming or misting!

you may need to switch out your mask unit, the cup the medication is put into has a very tiny hole for air to circulate through. if that hole has been tampered with, or is partially clogged you will not get a mist. you should change out your mask and tubing regularily for sanitary reasons.
hope you get it running again!

Very little mist coming out

You'll read a lot about making sure that the filter is clean and that the medicine cup is cleaned and that hard water can effect the operation of the nebulizer. However, the problem is most likely in the pump. Even though the pump is running, it is not pushing enough air into the medicine cup. You may even feel air coming out of the tube. When unrestricted, the air will come out, but, once restricted by the medicine cup, the air may not be fast enough to nebulize the liquid. If you want to confirm this, take the tube and hold it to the end of a bike pump, if, while pumpung, you successfully see mist, then you know for sure.

Fixing the pump is not too difficult. Over time, the chamber where the air is compressed becomes dry and, just like a dry bike pump, the air escapes from the chamber due to poor seals. The pump is pretty simple. Make sure it is unplugged from power and remove the screws holding the housing together. Inside you will see the motor, a fan, a power switch and the intake and outtake tubes. Follow the outtake tube to the pump. The junction where the tubes meet the pump is the location of the air chamber. You may need to remove the screws that secure the tubes to the chamber. Once apart, take some grease and lightly coat all of the interior surfaces of the chamber. When finished, reassemble and you're good to go!
