This can be a number of issues.
1. Is it happening all of the time?
1a. It could be a bad windows install
1b. It could be your hard drive is going out / has gone out.
1c. It could be an update installed incorrectly.
1d. It could be malware.
That are a few things that could cause a windows failed start.

0xc000000e windows failed to start no windows installation disc

Fixing Error 0XC000000E manually is a difficult process and it is not recommend unless you are an expert in this field. mostly all of the fixes you need a installation disk. you may have to, take it to a qualified person for this problem. unless you can get a windows installation disk. and do a complete reboot of windows 7. Good-Day!

What's the solution for the long black background with crusader on startup windows 7 ?

Click Start and type msconfig into the search bar->load msconfig->go to startup->untick all the unnecessary tasks.

Next try updating your graphics driver, use driver booster from majorgeeks if you're not sure how.

If this doesn't work use IObit Advanced system care to clean your system.

Failing that, reinstall windows and start again.
failing that get a SSD drive or new harddrive compatible for your system

I have a Toshiba satellite L755-s5153 when I turn it on it says "windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem:" but I don't have the original disk...

Starting Windows 7 in Safe Mode is an excellent next step when starting Windows normally is not possible. Safe Mode only starts the most important Windows 7 processes so, depending on the problem you're having, you might be able to troubleshoot or even fix the problem from here.
To begin entering Windows 7 Safe Mode, turn on or restart your PC.
Just before the Windows 7 splash screen shown above appears, press the F8 key to enterAdvanced Boot Options.

Next you can restore your system from a previous known working date from your restore function. If you are using Windows 7 you may follow these step to restore.

1. Start
2. Go to "All Programs"
3. Select "Accessories"
4. Select "System Tools"
5. Select "System Restore"

Do hope this helps.

Try to Start PC in The Safe Mode by Pressing F8 Continuously,Before the Windows 7 Boot Up Screen Appears,
then Select Last Known Good Configuration and press Enter,
that should Save ur laptop,

if the Problem Persists,Try to Boot on Safe Mode,if that also Fails, try to repair ur OS files using Windows 7 DVD.

Need Webcam Drivers

Was the computer connected to the Internet with a LAN cable when you installed Windows 7. During the Windows 7 installation Windows will automatically find and download the drivers.
The HP/Compaq WEB site may have a WEBcam driver for your model laptop.
If all else fails then try installing Windows 7 again and make sure the laptop is connected to the Internet before you start the installation.
