Hello sir; try to turn off and back on the machine to reset, if don't work next few steps need to follow;
1, press "clear mode" then enter 107 then press and hold "clear/stop" key until SP mode show up.
2, turn power off and back on .

If you want to enter in Service program mode please,
press Clear (yellow) button, 1 0 7, and press and hold Stop (orange) button for 3 seconds.

Are you a tech? I suspect not. You need to remove the drum unit, disassemble, separate the drum from the development unit. Remove cover of developer unit, add developer, reassemble, and run SP2214 to calibrate.
This is NOT a procedure to be performed by an end user...no disrespect intended.

waste toner bottle is just beside paper tray 1. its the left side small cover. open the front cover and open the screw from top and open the cover in front and pull the bottle out. if its hard then email me on email@example.com. i am a Ricoh tech. i will help you out.
