Can I replace the damaged driver front seat with the passenger front seat?

Sorry, seat frames are distinct to left and right because of things like seat adjustments being on the outside edge, and the angle of the tracks is based on what side the seat is on. So your answer unfortunately is no.

Seat sloped too far forward

You need to be sitting in the chair and the middle lever is the one which releases and secures the angle. I find the adjustment is easier if you release the backrest lever, the third lever to the rear, lean back in the chair which will raise the front seating cushion while moving the backrest back. Using you feet on the floor push back in the chair until the seat feels better. When it is at an angle you like, push the middle lever down to lock the seat in place. Then adjust the backrest with the third lever.

How do you lower the drivers car seat

This is usually a fix position with adjustments being able to be made to the angle of the back rest usually by means of a twisty knob on the adjoining corners. You can also adjust how far or close the seat is in relation to your seat pedals and this is usually done with an underseat handle.

How do you adjust the seat

Hi there Vriddick

To adjust the seat for height, there is a locking bolt on the seat post, below the seat. Loosen this and the seat should drop down the hole. Lift it up to your specified height and tighten up the bolt. You can also use this method to adjust the direction of the seat in relation to the handlebars, left or right.

If you need the seat adjusted for its angle. Under the seat itself are two bolts clamping two large circular bits of metal, undo these bolts and tilt the seat downwards or upwards, retighten when you have it just right.

Dont know how to fit the seat to the bike

1. Tighten the bolt on the seat-post of your bike's seat if your seat is a bit shaky. You may need to replace this bolt if it is rusted or withered.

2. Adjust the pitch angle of your seat if it is uncomfortable. You can have it level, leaning forward or leaning backward depending upon what is more comfortable for you. Use an Allen wrench (Allen key) to loosen the bolt on the-seat post to adjust the angle.

4. Tighten the tension on the cover of the seat if the seat has one and it is loose. If it has 2 straps underneath the seat attached with a hook, release it from the hook and tighten, then re-hook the straps.
