Alldata software i have purchased won't install on my computer

I have upgraded to windows vista home premium & purchased a new product key from alldata and downloaded & installed the drivers they recommended, I assume for the new product key. I have also had the installation disc re-surfaced and the program still won't install. It starts to and says it's 100% to start the installation wizard and after several seconds to a minute the alldata screens turn off. I've tried product compatability and safe mode and the alldata tech helped guide me through most of the above. My alldata program is only current to the 4th quarter of 2004. It worked flawlessly on my old HP computer with ME and my last computer with XP. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
