Have you installed the drivers for your ethernet card and video card? If not, unless there is a driver native to Windows you probably will not be able to connect to the net or get anything more than 16 bit display. You may have luck going to the dell site on a working computer, putting in your service tag, and then downloading the drivers onto a media that your non-working PC can read and installing them from there.

    Good luck

Once you press the "M" key, you can also use your mouse to move the window, just look for the 4 arrows an the top of the window.

Hi! i have DELL INSPIRON N5010 laptop..i installed windows XP operating system..but in the dell site there is no drivers for XP os.. now i'm in need of graphics driver,,plz help me....

Try using the Service Tag number.
You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, thesupport download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operatingsystem. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

How do I use my craig CLC503 TV as a computer monitor. When it is attached to my Dell computer it shows windows xp starting up but then the screen turns blue

the resolution of the laptop screen is set to high for the tv to show, on the laptop screen right click near the middle of the screen and goto properties at the bottem, the displdy properties window should appear, click on settings on the far right, a slider at the bottem left of the window controls the reolution, pull the slider to the left with the mouse cursor to the setting 800 by 600 pixels also the box on the right that says colour quality click on the arrow that should be pointing downward and set this to 16 or 24 bit, once done click apply and ok. shut down the laptop reconect it to the tv ensuring that the tv is on the correct channel and restart the laptop, you should now have the whole screen on the tv. good luck and hope this helped.
