After a lot of use, skateboard bearings can lose their maximum speed. Once the internal balls of the skateboard bearings come into contact with moisture or dirt, the bearings will cease to roll smoothly.

What causes hard sticky shifting on 5-speed manual transmission. The manual transmission was almost 1/2 quart low when I changed the gear oil.

If the shift lever is what is hard & sticky, get some grease & lube the handle at the joint at the trans. ( Maint. anyway) . The right gear oil? Was it doing it before the oil chg ? How's the clutch feel? Clutch, Pressure plate & throw out bearing poss. Smell any burning smells? One step at a time. Good luck

Why should I choose to wear skateboarding shoes over normal sneakers when skateboarding?

Skateboarding shoes are made to withstand the punishment that a skateboarder gives them. Also the grip tape on a skateboard can shred normal sneakers; specific shoes for skateboarders have a thick gum sole and can last longer.

Everytime i change the shift it feels sticky, what can i do to make this shifter run smooth?

Dirty oil in the gearbox is the usual cause for sticky shifters. Another cause is dirt on the shifter shaft. Clean any mud and road grime from the shaft where it goes into the gearbox.

It is running very slowly and i have oiled everything i could

First check the motor belt to see if it is slipping. If it is not, remove it and see if the motor turns easily with no load. This tests both the motor and speed control. If the motor runs slow with no load, try turning it by hand to see if the bearings are getting sticky.

If the motor runs with no load, try turning the machine by hand to feel for stickiness or rough spots in the mechanism. You may have a thread tangle somewhere that is causing a lot of drag - inspect the bobbin mechanism and the fabric advance plate by the needle.

What causes my mongoose freestyle girls 20" hard to pedel?

Could have sticky or seized up crank bearings where the pedals are or the rear wheel bearings. Have you tried pedaling and spraying a lubricant where all the bearings are or remove and re-grease the bearings?
