How to reset the password and username (by 2 users)

hai this is madan.I am working as site specialist. I am facing a problem with NSP100

I dont have the remote of that.Whan i am opening with my brower its asking the useranem and password to enter i it.
i tried with defalt one ysername is "nsp100" and password ia "kiss". but that is not opening.

Can any body tell how to reset the username and passwrd

It is simple. You see the modem. there will be a reset button. generally it is hidden. Only reset is written and a hole is given near it. Switch on the modem. Take a thin & rigid pin or stick and insert it into the hole provided and press for 2-3 seconds.The moden must restart.This will reset the modem.
Please read the manual if you have or download it from sony website.and enter the defalt user name and password accordingly.
