Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do I pair a bluetooth 3.0 mouse with my computer

Your computer needs to have a compatible Bluetooth receiver. Newer models sometimes have a receiver installed on the motherboard, if not you will have to buy a USB Bluetooth dongle. You can pick them up cheap online, or at a local computer store. The USB ones will sometimes come with a driver CD, so be sure to install that. For further information on connecting via a USB dongle you will have to refer to that products manual.

For one on the motherboard, you will generally find options for connecting Bluetooth in the network settings, although it varies across OS, motherboard, and Bluetooth model.

Multipoint is a new development in Bluetooth technology that allows your headset to be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. When a call comes in, the Bluetooth headset knows which handset is ringing and will connect to the phone automatically. Multipoint can benefit most Bluetooth Headset users.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Volume control problems with motorola bluetooth stereo headset. Sometime volume switch won't respond to lower the volume and at other times, the headset beeps and then volume decreases on its own.

may the problems also lies with the connection between handset and stereo. may it has lost its service. try getting another one. good luck!

Phone wont connect to devices

Besure that you hit the button on the bluetooth at the same time you hit your phone to search for devices. Sometimes you might have to swtich up the timing. Its a weird thing sometimes with these bluetooth devices and cell phones. Also keep your bluetooth near your phone as you do it.
Hope this helps. Don't forget to rate me :)

May be a power off time limit for bluetooth in the settings somewhere.
i.e. switch off if not sending or recieving a signal from another device.
