Question about TruTech SMP-1 GBL MP3 Player
I don't know how to transfer a playlist from my iTunes to the MP3. An icon appears on my desktop but I don't know how to get the iTunes playlist to transfer to the MP3 player.
Hi - I had this issue myself. What worked for me was just to highlight the song or songs you want to transfer and then simply drag them to the Removable Drive icon (without opening the RD). A little download bar shows for a minute and there you go! Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
