On the left side after taking the panel off, there is a mtal plate with alot of gears on it. behind that is a gear and clutch assy., this assy. needs to be replaced, it is recommended that you replace them every 30,000 copies I believe, but don't quote me. Hope this helps

The problem could be caused by an alignment problem.
Please try to do an alignment on your printhead.
