1 .Hp deskjet 1125c - when power on , printer initilise peoperly when give self test it conuld not pickup paper easilty, after 3-4 try it pickup paper but not start printing. 2. in some model printer not initilise properly, control panel shows all 3 LEDs blink when power on. i clean the senser check wire cut on logical board check Encoder strip and motor connection etc. check carriage cable connectivity from main board etc. but problem not solved.
It may be the rollers that grab the paper and pull them into the tray, over time they start wearing down and losing their grip, kind of like a car tire. There are rejuvinator pads available that will give the rollers a little big of their grip back but I don't know how effective they are because I've never used one.
Cleaning the rollers well with metho, spirit, or some really good alcohol is a temporary fix as it cleans off papr dust and can give the outer layer of the roller a bit of grip (just like we used to do with typewriter platens). Long term solution is to replace the pickups rollers.

According to your problem first check and make sure that the ink cartridge of the printer are not blank and not get dry also. Check the belt by which the cartridge moved, if it is getting loose. Tighten the screw of the cartridge moving roller. It will help you.
