Question about Desa International ReddyHeater® R115DT Utility
Ignition gets hot and fan motor works. If air pressure is added to the tank it will light but wont stay lit.
I had similar problems with a older Reddy Heater. I bought a 0-15 lb. gauge and removed a plug on the control end of the heater. Turn on or plug it in and set the fuel line pressure as listed on the data sheet (also listed on the heater).
IMPORTANT. This type of heater will not light if the oxygen level is below safe limits. You need more that 14% to support life. Normal is 21%.
