Microwave Key Pad stopped working

I have a bult-in Sharp Carousel II Convection Microwave Model #R-1800A Serial #127308 650w manifactured fed 1985, they key pad stopped working and lcd screen disply 88888, I unplugged it and plugged it back also I shut off the power but screen still has 88888 and key don't respond.
