Question about HP PSC 1510 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I use my scanner as usual and all of a sudden this problem comes up. It appears that it's not scanning the left side (1/2 of the document is un-scanned).
On the scanning preview, the four square boxes on all four corners would appear normally on all four corners. After scanning, the two left markers moved to the right side of the document showing black on 1/3 of the left side.
Hope someone can help, as I could not find the answer on the HP help tool.
Uninstall and reinstall the scanner utilities. Also make sure antivirus is disabled.
