Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Black & Decker Toaster Oven Model TR01000-TRO4000

I honestly believe that the burned element in my toaster oven is replaceable
like a burned out oven element or dryed element. I thought someone would
show me how to replace the element. That didn't happen. I am dubious
about the need for experts via a commitment to a specialists' plan.

SOURCE: Received a B&D Convection,Toaster,Rotissere oven

Try the following site: http://useandcaremanuals.com/SearchManuals.aspx?SiteID=4 . Then scroll down or use the Find feature of your browser (under Edit). You want the manual for the TRO200 and TRO300 series toaster ovens for the TRO355. If you have a different model which seems likely (since the TRO300 series aren't convection models), scroll through the list for one that matches the TRO and either the whole model number or the first digit or two. (Usually the model number is on the back of the toaster oven on a plaque with the serial number.)

I hope this helps.

My KA KCO100508B blew its thermal fuse after 3 years. I found a replacemnt close to 206 centigrade for $2.60 at Appliance Parts Warehouse near my home in Smyrna, GA. Know what to ask for when you enter APW. They don't like selling potential fire hazards to novice repairpersons!
