Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
First if itunes recognizes the phone just push the option for restore. If not then you should try a force reset. That is accomplished by holding the home screen button and power button down together at the same time. when the screen resets and shows the apple symbol keep holding the home screen button and plug the phone with cable already connected to the computer. after a few seconds itunes should recognize the phone is in recovery mode and make you do a restore. if that does not work you have a hard ware problem and you need to get your phone replaced as long as it is in warranty at a store.
