this is common for viruses now to do this.
take it to a local computer repair shop(will cost money) or
you will need your Windows Operating system disc.
you can either repair or reinstall.

The Geek Squad wants to replace my hard drive and reload Windows because they say it is infected with a virus and my warrenty won't cover that.

You don't have to replace the hard drive if it still works. You can reformat it by doing a clean install of windows. It's relatively easy. Just go to your cmos, tell your computer to boot from cd, put your windows cd in your drive. Boot to the windows install cd and follow the instructions and answer the questions on the screen. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else.

This computer is full of virus

I suggest that you do an OS reinstallation so that the virus will be totally deleted. But you have to remove all the pheripherals including the LAN before reinstall your computer. After the clean reinstallation, install a very powerful or updated anti virus.

Acer Desk Top-DVD/RW-No Function,Virus in system,antivirus to be loaded.Data Backup & Formatting,reloading all software.

Your PC is virus infected. Although you can install anti virus and run update for your protection but still the antivirus software can't be installed. Since pop up notice tells you to back up files for reformatting, then you need to transfer all data to drive D. If your formatting is on drive C, your files on the other drive willnot be deleted as long as you have to reformat the drive for your OS,.
Install first antivirus after the formatting and update your virus protector. After that you can transfer and install some of components in your system.
Most of the times viruses destroys your CD ROM drive and other systems.
Hope this will help you.
Enjoy.

My pc is always rebooting. . Is the motherboard ?

You have a virus on the hard drive. When the computer boots hit F8 and go to safe mode on windows. If you can do that then it is not your motherboard. Your hard drive just needs to be reformatted and reloaded the windows and software back on.

Computer is infected with viruses

Blue screens as a result of infection mean the virus has corrupted the operating system. You can fix it by doing an operating system repair with your recovery or operating system disc. Depending on the virus, this may only be a temporary fix. If this turns out to be a temporary fix, then the sure way to fix it is to completely wipe the hard drive, completely reformat using NTFS, and reload the operating system, which I would recommend. If you have any problems during or after the reload, then the virus damaged the hard drive and it will need to be replaced.
