http://www.comfortgurus.com/specs/williams/direct_vent_furnaces_install_manual.pdf .look at page 9-10 for lighting. no match needed should have a clicker,red push buttom. other than that there will be a small window that you can open and light with a match. if the wind is blowing you may need to cover the outside vent with somethig to keep the maych lit.
open it up and you'll see it while its running sounds like fan bearings or fan misalignment may need a new fan motor. if you replace the fan though make sure all power is off before disconnecting
