Greetings.

if the phone is asking for a PUK code - it means you have inputted the wrong code within the limit of attempts.

if your phone is prepaid - the sim you bought it with has it in its original package.

if you are a subscriber to postpaid - contact your service provider for them to unlock it for you.

Hope that helps.

My phone is locked n it says its blocked n it needs a puk code can Simone help me plzzzz

PUK Code
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then - Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give them your account details and they have confirmed your identity. For details to obtain the PUK code for the SIM card, please click on this link and follow my instructions.

These directions are for an AT and T phone, but other than that, are the same for any carrier. A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. If your SIM card becomes locked, you will need to get a PUK code from your phone carrier to unlock your SIM card. You can obtain your phone's PUK code from your carrier in one of these ways: Log in to Your account.online Use a Technical Support Chat Contact your carriers Customer Care Get Your Phone's PUK Code Online Go to the Phone/Device page. From the My Phone/Device screen, select the Unblock SIM Card link under the My Make & Model heading. The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code and will give you instructions for unblocking your SIM Card. Once you receive your PUK code, you will need to enter it into your phone to set a new PIN code. Note: If you enter the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, your SIM card will be invalidated, and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. Need PUK PLZZZZZZZZZ

Puk code, personal unlocking key. It is sim card related / spesific, if you take the sim card out from the phone, the phone will work with another sim card.

The puk comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.

Puk code

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.
if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost.
