Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Almost always, your described problem indicates a hardware fault and that the unit has kicked into auto-protect mode. Pls determine if there are any flashing lights. If yes do note the sequence/number of flashes/blinks. You may want to try and unplug for an extended period to revert unit back to factory default. If that would not be corrective, then the unit has to be opened for diagnosis and voltage measurements. Familiarity with electronic components & circuitry, use of a DVM and a soldering iron as well as access to a service manual and/or a schematic diagram would be required. Should you feel uncomfortable working with high voltage and performing a DIY (do-it-yourself), perhaps your best bet would be to seek the services of a qualified professional.
Should you venture DIY, pls post back the chassis number. Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.
