Cant put music on my phone ugh

Try the following:

1. Attach your USB cable to the Phone and Computer.
2. Navigate your computer, to find the phone. It generally appears as a USB stick or Ext HD would.
3. Within your Phone there will be several folders. One will say music.
4. You can copy music (MP3 format) to and from your phone this way.

I hope this helps. Regards,

I downloaded my cds to my cpu then to my mp3 player but when i go to play them my mp3 player says the songs r there but when i hit play it only goes to the songs that came with the player.. do u know why?

I had similar problem
Was due to the fact I loaded straight on to the memory card ( pulling memory card out of mp3 and placing in memory card slot on pc to download the music)
When it will only work if you connect the mp3 player to the pc with memory card still in mp3 player. then should download in correct format and in right place to play on mp3

Downloads

Connect your Phone to PC using USB cable. Windows XP/Vista have the ability to detect the phone and display the phone memory and Memory card as disk drives in My Computer. Search for the folder named mp3. Just copy and paste music files into this folder.
Alternativelyyou can use the samsung PC suite to do this for you

Disney Mix Stick

Plug into USB port. Use Windows Explorer to view contents of your PC. You will see two drives associated with your Mix Max. The first is your internal memory the second is your SD card. Drag and drop files into this file. These can then be played by choosing card from menu
