Question about Computers & Internet
If your batteries are low there's a yellow light on the keyboard to indicate it, but you might try replacing the keyboard with new batteries just to see if it works.
You can try cleaning it anyway to make sure. This can be done either by removing the keys and using a dry lint free cloth, or you can even rinse it under warm water. If you do the later, just remember to remove the batteries first and wait until it's COMPLETELY dry before putting the batteries back in. Also, don't use a hair dryer.
You could try reinstalling the software from the instilation CD. I believe the CD icludes a helpcenter for troubleshooting.
If all else fails you can replace it.
