Question about TalkSwitch CT.TS001.124001.US Full-Featured PBX Telephone System
My name is Mike,
I have a talkswitch 48 and I have four phones plugged into ext 1-4. I also have a fax machine plugged into ext 5. I am able to hear a dial tone, however I cannot send nor receive a fax. Can you tell me if I have an incorrect setting or something? I've tried everything to figure it out and cannot seem to find the problem.
THanks in advance for any help you can give.

Open your TalkSwitch Management Software.
Go to Local Extensions/Fax
Select the extension you are using for the fax.
Click on additional settings under the activate extensions section
On the direct Line Access Tab put a check mark in the check box for "Use Direct Line Access on:" Select your Hunt Group or the number you have to dial to get an outside line.
This will force this extension to not have to dial 9 or whatever number to get an outside line for dialing out.
