My 60gb PS3 was working fine yesteday, turned it on today and it says there is connection problem and there is no display, although you can tell that PS3 is effecting the TV in some way as the screen flickers form a black screen to saying "connection problem" I have turned it off for a few secs, turn it back on whilst holding the power button till it resets, turned it off again for a few secs and then turn it on whilst holding the power button for 3 bleeps again, like advised on this site. However this still isn't working. I don't know what else to do? Is it broken? Please help
No. well maybe first off three beeps is just defeating the purpose of the rest. what are you using to connect it to the tv?? because you did not say that will make a big differene

Sorry I meant to say I was using a HDMI connection. I've figured it out now. I just had to turn the HDMI cable around for some wierd reason, and use the opposite to normal sides.then reset it, Cheers anyway.
