Make sure you do not swing too early or late, also try getting down lower to the ground to hit the ball earlier. It is not necessary to move your arm too much to make the shot just flick your wrist.

Wii is playing all games on auto

For Shrek I don't know, but for Wii tenis, I know that you can set the players to be cpu or player conrolled. I guess your daughter has set all of them to be controlled by the cpu. I think when you're setting up a game in wii tennis and you see all the players standing on the court (still in the menu screen) check to see if it says player or CPU.

Good luck.

Caid.

Nintendo wii problems

Hold the Wii Remote with the button side down. Without using much force, firmly tap the button side of the remote against the palm of your other hand a few times. Doing this does not take a lot of force, so be sure not to tap the Wii Remote very hard. Check for proper response.

  • Check to make sure the Sensor Bar cord is inserted into the back of the Wii console and the Sensor Bar is centered above or below your TV screen.
  • Make sure you are using fresh batteries in the Wii Remote.
  • The Wii Remote Controller should be used between 3 to 10 feet from the TV.
  • Make sure no objects are blocking the signals between the Sensor Bar, the Wii console, and the Wii Remote.
  • Check for interference from infra-red light sources, such as candles, sunlight, fireplaces, and stoves.
  • Radio frequency interference may cause the Wii Remote to work erratically. Check for wireless devices such as cordless phones, wireless computer keyboards or mice, or other similar devices, and move or turn them off.
I hope this fixes it for you!

My wii remote

@ Slivic22
Some games does not use Sensor Bar pointing because they play with motion/accelerometer only. After you select the number of sets on Wii Sports Tennis, there is no Sensor Bar pointing except for Pause menu. That's because you Swing the remote like a racket.

Have you tried the game settings? There is an option in the wii menu to adjust the wii mote to the sensor bar. Also make sure both are clean.Be sure the sensor bar is centered with the tv,and make sure you have fresh batteries.Hope this helps!

wait till the ball is at the peak of its height right when it is completely motionless to swing, then you make an ace service.

My wii freezes in-game and won't respond at all

It almost sounds like the Wii is overheating. Make sure the unit is in a well ventilated area and that it isn't dusty (some canned air will help with that.) Also, change the orientation of the system. i.e. if it is on it's side, lay it down flat, if it is flat put it on its side.
