We bought the GE cordless phone model 28821 DECT 6.0
We have 3 handsets. We were able to add new phone numbers into the phonebook for 1 handset. However, when we try doing that to the other 2 handsets, it will not save. We have less than 50 numbers.
I had this same problem. I unplugged everything, took out the batteries and waited 5 minutes. Plugged everything back in and can now add numbers on one handset but not the other. Try it, it may work for you. Maybe leave everything unplugged for 15 minutes?

"DECT 6.0" isn't a model number; it's the generic name of the cordless phone technology used and appears on almost every newer phone. The actual model number will be found on a label on the product, usually on the rear or bottom of the base unit. With this model number, you can find your model on the list here, and download a copy of your phone's user guide.
You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.
