Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

WiFi with my Samsung TV. Today I get wireless connection; next 3 days no wifi. It comes back and then goes away again. I use wired connection, I get internet. I disconnect the wire and no wifi.

Sounds like your wifi signal strength is marginal, or you have interference.

How far are you from your router/access point?

Are there cordless phones, microwaves, fluorescent lights, large motors nearby?

I would just the wired connection. It will be far fewer problems!

GET better wifi signals

I live in the country it is hard to get a signal with my laptop or desk top which is wireless. I have found a solutiom an outdoor panel antenna witha 45db gain adapter booster. i can now pick signals up from almost two miles away from my friends. its very good and works flawless i couldnt get a signal before no matter what i did. Please do not connect to some one you dont have permission to always get permission its to use them to gain access to some one else but not to use or have. FCC rules. please dont do this.in most states. , they are inexpensive and sure do boost performance. great buy..

Netgear wn2000 states mover closer to router?

This message means your extender is too far away from your wireless router to make a good connection. Repeaters must be within a good signal range for the connection to work properly.

If you have a wifi enabled phone, tablet, or laptop, you can walk around your home and see where the signal reaches and how well. Repeaters should be placed where you still receive full or close to full signal.

Repeaters may have issues if the wireless router is on another floor, behind metal, or too far away.

Why do I keep losing internet connection?

your device is to far away from the router, your got to much material in the way blocking the signals, or you have some type of electrical signal interfering the wifi signals.

I live nextdoor too a library which i am using them too connect my laptop with out a router.(eg: PC direct to Libra y router) yesterday it was super fast, but today it's slow i've tried all kinds of speed...

a great post and funny to read about snagging wifi.
lots of kids make a dish at school and use wifi from large distances.
so you are home right,. not in the library , right, and now expect the Libraries wifi to be fast at home , that far away,.
well it will never be fast ever. like that.
if you have a router that is 2 bands, there is no better routers.
the library only runs 2 bands I bet or even just 1.
so why not buy your own internet service,
or rig up this.

you can use a colander from moms kitchen

or other dish shaped objects to make this dish..
they need to be focused. and pointed to the library to work.
even card board, cut to a dish and aluminum foil works,

all this is fun stuff,
but never reliable.
at night they can have there router go off, on a timer.

I want to buy a wireless network adapter USB. I do not have internet home, but there is a public connection that is a couple hundred feet away from my house that is public because it is a cafe. Can anyone...

A couple of hundred feet away may be too far for a good signal receiption.
You can increase your signal with an aerial.
You may need to go into the cafe or park yourself nexr door to the cafe.
Use Google to see what is available on the Internet.
Here are a few WEB sites for you to look at.

How far does the wifi reach i can not get it about 20m away from the router

Hello Friend,
Change the wireless channel to 1(one) and try to fix it away from walls. A centralised location would be better.

Good Luck.

Try placing the router closer to the center of the house, and in a higher area, and away from cordless phones, and high voltage wiring.
