In order to do a music transfer from your computer the only way is either with bluetooth if your computer is capable or with a usb port compatible with your phone. You can always go to sites like Myxer.com or Funformobile.com and probably find the songs there for free as well.

I want to know how you load your own songs on to your phone so you can use them as ringtones.

You can download music of your choice from websites such as songs.pk or mp3skull. Then you can download any of the Ringtone makers such as Ringdroid. You can select and edit any sound which you like and make it the ringtone for your phone.
Songs PK , https://mp3skull.yoga/ , https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ringdroid&hl=en

I dont know how to send files to my motorola razor

Bluetooth is the only way I know to get ringtones onto your V3 other than downloading the ringtones or ordering a program called motorola phone tools. Your V3 isn't capable of whole songs. I have a phone that is a V3xx and it has a memory card that is recognized by windows as an external drive.

I have a Samsung Rant, received ringtones via bluetooth

I've never received ringtones via bluetooth, but I do know Samsung made it ridiculously hard to customize your ringtones on the Rant. The only way I know of to do it, other than going online on the phone and downloading ringtones there, is to use a site like Myxer to send the songs you want directly to your phone.

Ring tones

To change ringtones, go to Settings, phone profiles, highlight the profile you are using, choose options, then edit, the screen will show the settings for incoming calls, here you can scroll down and change the call ringtones, highlight voice call ringtones, press options, choose change, this takaes you to My files folders, go to the folder you keep your tunes in and highlight the song you wish to use. press options, then select. Press options again and then save.To change text tones, you do the same, but once in the screen to show settings for incoming calls, you must scroll right to show the new message screen, then you can choose the song you wanat in the same way as for calls. remember to save tho.

Blackberry storm ringtones

You cannot use the songs you purchase from Vcast as ringtones. You have to actually own the music on your computer and transfer it to your phone. Than you will be able to use that song as a ringtone. Just hit highlight the song and hit menu than set as ringtone.

Song as ringtone

I used to have a krzr k1 model phone. I know that I had to use a song that was 192 kps or under and in a mp3 format. The music file that you have that you want to use for a ringtone - is it an mp3 file? I know that some phones can only support mp3 files.

Setting ringtone.

hey. I hope I can be some of help, as I used to have the same phone as you and I always added music from my computer to use as ringtones. For starters, make sure the song you want to use is 192 kps or lower, and is in the mp3 format. I usually downloaded my songs via limewire; however, as long as you have the song(s) you want in a separate folder(like your music folder) in your computer documents - it makes for easy transfer from your computer to your cell. Now onto the transferring....

What you want to do is have the usb cable that came with the phone plugged into a usb port on your computer, then plugged into your phone. A little icon will appear in the lower right corner of your computer screen displaying a message - new hardware found(usb storage) ignore that

go to your music folder and right click on the song and select - send to (whatever drive your usb cable is plugged into - for example - :J drive

you should see a grey box appear up in the left corner of your screen displaying the copy animation.
Once your finished with the transferring part, you are going to want to unplug the usb cable from your phone and computer, then look up your sounds file in your phone to make sure it's there and plays.

After the first transfer, it's a piece of cake from there! =)

That is because your provider wants you to buy the ringtones from them. Your device need to be debranded. Find an independant cellphone shop and have them debrand your phone. Its jus a flash. Should cost you about $25. If you cant find anywhere to do it, look at our profile and im sure we can help you
